Coach training for senior workers in the education sector
RCT Training is working in partnership with Munro Training Services (a coach training company) to provide coach training and accreditation. Using the 'solution focused' method, Munro Training delivers highly specialised coach training for a wide range of coaches who operate within the highest levels of Education - educational advisors, governors, heads and deputy heads etc. RCT Training works alongside Munro Training, to provide an accompanying accreditation service so that the coaches can achieve the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Management Coaching and Mentoring. To date we have over 60 people working through this programme with numbers growing rapidly.
