Management NVQs
Accredited with ILM at levels 2 - 5. Programmes are designed to meet the needs of particular client groups and their employers.

Short Non-Accredited Programmes:

We can design and deliver a very wide range of short programmes ( ˝ day, 1 or 2 days) to meet your exact needs. Some examples are:
    Delegating to motivate
    Recruiting the right people
    Dealing Effectively with Discipline
Presentation skills - making your point effectively
Making better use of your time, reducing your stress
This list is not exhaustive. Please ask and we will design a programme to deal with your specific training needs, just for you.
Management coaching:
In partnership with a small number of expert coach training companies, we can offer coach training based upon the 'solution focused coaching' method - which focuses on positives and on moving forward to the future, rather than dwelling on negatives and in remaining in the past. The training is accredited using the range of ILM coaching and mentoring qualifications. The specialist coach trainers deliver the coach training programmes; RCT Training provides the accompanying accreditation service. The qualifications available are:

ILM Certificate in Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers (level 3)

ILM Diploma in Management Coaching and Mentoring (level 5)

ILM Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching (level 7)

Please ask for further details of the coach training and qualifications.
Training Skills (Train the Trainer):
This programme provides delegates with the skills needed to: identify the training needs of a group or an individual; design a training programme to meet those needs; deliver training programmes and formal presentations; evaluate training to improve own performance as a trainer. Needs no prior knowledge or experience in training work. Leads to the Edexcel Advanced Award in 'Training Skills'.
Train to Gain Approved Provider:
In January 2008 we became an LSC Train to Gain approved provider. If you are an employer and considering whether to put your staff through management NVQs at level 2 or perhaps level 3, please contact us. We can help you explore the possibilities for support funding from the Leaning Skills Council (although we do not guarantee that such funding will be available). We can provide the NVQ itself and any necessary ‘underpinning’ training to support it.
Alternatively you can contact your LSC Skills Broker, and if you are looking for an Approved Provider to deliver what you need we will be pleased to talk directly with you and the Broker about that.
